How does PitchGale get the leads?
PitchGale searches Google Maps for businesses matching your target — sector, city, or radius. For each result, it scrapes the business website to extract contact emails, phone numbers, and social handles. No third-party list to buy, no export/import cycle.
Do I need a separate email tool?
No. PitchGale handles everything: lead discovery, email generation, sending, tracking, and follow-ups. Sending works through your own Google Workspace accounts — the same approach used by Instantly, Lemlist, and Smartlead. Your accounts, your sender reputation.

What happens if I don't use all my credits?
Credits roll over. If you use 400 of your 500 Starter leads this month, the remaining 100 carry to next month. Same for AI email credits. They accumulate — you never lose what you've paid for.
What is "the loop that learns"?
Every send gives PitchGale data: who opened, who clicked, who replied, which subject lines worked, which angles fell flat. After each campaign, AI analyzes this and turns it into org-specific insights. The next campaign uses those insights automatically. The longer you use PitchGale, the better it gets for your specific audience.
Will my emails end up in spam?
PitchGale includes a deliverability assistant that checks your SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and MX records across all sending domains and guides you through fixing anything wrong. It re-verifies daily. Beyond that, it respects per-account sending limits and adds human variation to sending patterns. Spam filters flag bulk behavior — PitchGale sends like a human would.
Can I do A/B testing?
Yes, on Growth and Scale plans. You can test different subject lines, email copy, or send times within the same campaign. PitchGale tracks results per variant so you know which one works, not just that it works.
Do the emails sound like AI?
They're written by AI, but every email goes through a humanization pass — rephrased structure, synonym variation, natural rhythm — before it sends. In tests, recipients consistently identify them as human-written. The goal is that the recipient never thinks about who or what wrote it.
